Eeeek!

Argh, it's only day three and I'm feeling a panic attack! After two days of positive attitude and achievement, I'm now beset by one of those mornings when everything in favour's against me, and I can feel the entire day slipping away into a state of getting nothing done!

I must not succumb to this though! I must stay calm, focus on my writing ideas, and get myself into the zone. I must give myself permission to write a little less, maybe? But I should maintain a general optimistic attitude and lead by example as a Sweat70 sponsor...

I shall have to shape up soon or Mr Blue will be on my *ss! [I wish... ;) ]

And speaking of hard-core Sweat70 motivators, nip over to Kim's Blog and meet The Colonel!

Deep breaths, now. You can do it. (A bottle of good Cabernet can't hurt, either!)

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. The words of support are much appreciated!

In the immortal words of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, "DON'T PANIC". I'm sure there is a clever acronym for "panic" that makes it seem silly and insignificant, but I have no idea what it is. Oh well.

Remember the first two days and today will be fine :)

Thanks, Stan!

Happily, I've been able to pull myself together and I've just written a solid 1.1K and met my target. Yippee!

Between Mr. Blue and the Colonel how can we do anything but write :)

Hey, Michelle, I love your tough motivator too! I think these guys are bound to give us the edge in this challenge... :)

You can do it Wendy! Even if it's a load of b****cks, write anyway. Just get those words.
You are capable and you are strong. You can do it!

Hi Ava... well, what I've written is a bit bolloxy, but not too bad, and like you say, it's words! :)

Now see. There was no need to panic.

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

It's only day 3, you've got, what? 90 more. You'll be fine. Especially with the numbers you've posted so far.

Now, I must stop this blog hopping and do some real work... like cook dinner.

Hi Portia! Good luck with the writing madness. I'm sure you'll be fine. Taking deep breaths help, I think.

Nil desperandum!

You've got your words (and great inspiration in the form of Mr. Blue :D ) so you're doing great!

And I second the bottle of wine, although I'm partial to a nice Valpolicella, with a plate of Comice pears and cheese!
Good luck for the rest of the week!

The Colonel worked for me, yesterday... I edged close to double my daily target. *grin*

Amazing what staring at a wet and pissed off man will do for you.

Portia, we have the same name! :D I'm laughing at your post. Day three was a total bust for me. I got all kinds of stuff done in my office, but only about 50 words of it pertained to my WIP. :( Today will be better! I'll type double time ... or maybe I can hire some really hot assistant to type while I whisper the words in his ear. See, I'm dreaming again instead of writing. ;P Have a great day and good luck sweatin' with Sven!
