sorry about the back and the shoulder... I had a literal pain in my a*** this week... wow those muscles sure hurt. I wish you better.
I wish you had never mentioned Tesco's finest espresso choc... I am hooked and it's like my dirty little secret because I do not want to share.
take it easy and have a good weekend
lotsa luv ann xxxx
I hope the back's better soon. I know a pair of excellent osteopaths, but they are based in London.
Hello you,
Sorry to hear you've been having some pains... as good an excuse as any for demanding a massage I reckon?
I've actually been working too, shocking eh?
Also... what did you use to design that book cover? I'm desperate for decent banners for my web site!!
Hi guys, thanks for the kind thoughts... I think my aches and pains are easing up now. Not quite so twingey today! :)
Hey, Ann... I sometimes get a 'pain in the *rse' too! Some years ago, I was helping someone move some equipment out of a lift, and the doors closed... right on my coccyx! So I have the dubious distinction of actually having dislocated my bottom!!! LOL!
Massage? Osteopathy? Umm... wonder if VDO has any massage skills? I'm sure his hands would make me feel better... tee hee...
Lucy, I mostly use Photoshop for graphicky things, but for this particular faux cover, I used quite an old version of Photoshop Elements... v2., I think... V. simple to do actually. It only took me a few minutes.
