It sounds as though it's all giong well (and I'm sure that there is emergency chocolate on hand for when Mr Blue drops the whip and goes for something more enticing!)

It's great that you still love it, it sounds as if, in this one, everything clicked just right and even wearing your editorial hat couldn't change that. Kudos!Merryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06209550063908148888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5415397004190195457.post-31354368937417733922007-11-27T18:28:00.000+00:002007-11-27T18:28:00.000+00:00Actually I had that experience with the last book ...Actually I had that experience with the last book I finished for Kensington-I really like it! I find that ...I don't think it's big-headed either. I find that with some of my stories...I'll read them later and enjoy...some of them I'll think "oh, I'd do that a little differently now." But if there's a point where I'm reading...just reading and not proofing or spellchecking or worrying about how it's going to go over with a reader...then that's a great moment.Dayna_Harthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16911207081058418496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5415397004190195457.post-73815444643724686802007-11-27T11:40:00.000+00:002007-11-27T11:40:00.000+00:00I don't think it's big headed at all. I often thin...I don't think it's big headed at all. I often think writing a book is like a new relationship. All the passion and excitement is there, but so is the conflict, the low points along the way when you think it might not work out and you have to work really hard to push on. Ultimately, love shines through. If we're lucky :-)

You have every right to enjoy that book, it's a great story!Saskia Walkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02487645520140379667noreply@blogger.com
